MoMA Pays Tribute to Churchill

Joan Churchill, ASC will be on hand for a special tribute to her work at New York’s Museum of Modern Art this weekend, Feb. 22-23.

“Joan Churchill: Tribute to a Distinguished Director and Cinematographer” will include screenings of Punishment Park (1971), Juvenile Liaison (1975), Soldier Girls (1981) and Aileen: Life and Death of a Serial Killer (2003). Churchill will discuss her work following each screening.

Film tickets do not include admission to the museum galleries and must be purchased in person; they cost $10 for general admission, $8 for patrons 65 and older, and $6 for students with valid student ID. Admission to screenings is free for patrons who have paid for same-day museum admission.
