Join us for the next installment in the ongoing Breakfast Club series! Held at the historic ASC Clubhouse in Hollywood, the event offers an opportunity to meet and mingle with a group of ASC cinematographers over a light breakfast, followed by an interview with one of their fellow ASC members and an audience Q&A.
This month’s guest is Nancy Schreiber, ASC is a renowned cinematographer of both features and documentaries. Some of her recent credits include Motherhood, The Nines, Your Friends and Neighbors, Loverboy and Woody Allen: A Documentary for American Masters. Her latest
film, Fugly, will soon be released in November.Schreiber was chosen to shoot the stunning documentary Visions of Light: The Art of Cinematography, which has been described as “the film equivalent as a stroll through the Louvre.” She won the Best Dramatic Cinematography Award at Sundance for the feature November, and earned an Emmy nomination for the groundbreaking HBO documentaryCelluloid Closet. We are excited to have her discuss selected scenes from her work at this exclusive event.
