The PlusPack includes both large and small Warm ½ cards (for times when even a Warm1 is a little too strong) and large and small Minus Green cards that are used to eliminate the greenish tint associated with common fluorescent lighting. Even if you think your camera gives you a decent white balance under fluorescents, you’ll be very surprised with the results

WarmCards:
